Upcycled Apron

I decided to take a detour from quilting.  I wanted to try my hand at making a upcycled Jean Apron.  I use a pair of my DH and mines old pair of jeans.  The accent fabric  was an old sheet from my childhood bed.  Talk about antique...😁.  I had a chance to use my ruffler foot to apply the ruffle.  I rounded the corners to give the apron a softer look.  I made the ties  long enough to go through the belt loops and make a nice front bow.  I think it finished well for my first try without a pattern.
Now let's go sew and make someone HAPPY!
